Just for sharing, according to my sister in law, one of the blocks that facing the golf course has a very good feng shui.  |

I just sold a unit here for 315k @ 1200sqft. Really a lot of demand here as I got so many calls for the unit that I’ve advertised.
FYi, my buyer’s loan was approved by PB.
