i personally think that public transport will not be replaced in the next decade people will still prefer to drive

yeah take time, Generation Z or Alpha....

Gov did propose MRT during 1980's , Then called off due to automotive industry evolution biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
If MRT implemented during that time, I think Malaysia Public Transportation more efficient as a lot of Malaysian still cannot afford to buy a car!
Therefore, Malaysian attitude adopted to driving experience instead of Public Transport

As for Kaia, geohan is for foundation only.
Then pass to Kerjaya Prospek. KP recently awarded phase 2 construction to start this month.

I don’t think Geohan is the main con.
Geohan only did the foundation preparation for phase 1 and 2. Main con is KP for kaia.
Residensi ava is orangebeam? Not sure.

If same price, i prefer Zig because it’s within Kiara Bay and kepong. Whereas M Nova is across the highway and sort of considered Selayang already, with not as much developments going on.

Just went kiara bay today more and more shop are opening UEM really work hard on this project using thier self own brand to attract those shop to join them they have another project located at cheras called the connaught as i know that this project come with some shop office i believe that those purchased will be able to enjoy benefits also in the near future

The Facebook group was intended for gathering all future residents of Kiara Bay including Zig and AVA haha. Now got more use since got 2 announced and ongoing project already. Also join the the right one - should be The Citizens of Kiara Bay

But the Telegram group are supposed to be separate

Yes the land is empty currently that is the last piece of land for they extension their commercial lot
