quite good news for those purchased hopefully UEM will be upgrading the recreational facilities and landscape to provide better experience to park users.

ya..needed to plant some vegetation around lake to resolve smelly issue...the lake smell strong issue especially after rain

Just went kiara bay today more and more shop are opening UEM really work hard on this project using thier self own brand to attract those shop to join them they have another project located at cheras called the connaught as i know that this project come with some shop office i believe that those purchased will be able to enjoy benefits also in the near future

that foundation progress has been done ... but this project has been launched almost half years sales seem not really good only sold out about 60-70%.Fortunately those restaurant business is doing well always full house especially in the weekend evening
