Does anyone have any evidence that umobile will unlock their 5G modem after contract? When I registered last year, I was informed it will be unlocked, today when I went there to enquire again, I was told there was no such thing.

so you are saying I tied myself to a 24 years contract and at the end of my contract, the modem remain locked to umobile and only to be used only on umobile sim?

i hope that staff will be fired as well, let me know if you know anyone who has the authority to do that.

i have the staffs name from the receipt when i sign up for the service.
