Anyone had experienced not able to connect to 5g? My house usually has 5g signal, got the router deliver yesterday and on the same day didn't get 5g.
Even my phone (umobile line) can't get 5g signal now, already tried restart phone, turn on and off.
Umobile contact number keep on staying busy, can't teach them 😰

Have asked for changing the Kaon router, but umobile asking lots of questions and required me to fill in a form. The end result seems the same, since you've changed the router for third time. I guess it would be the best to avoid signing contract with them😰
