I've a old Starbox tvbox to install android apps and would like to use it for iptv apps. I dont have a smart tv. On PC, i've only been mildly successful at using VLC player to play the github public tv list which isnt very exciting to watch with lots of buffering, offline channels, uninteresting programs etc.

Could someone summarize which iptv app should i install on tvbox and what do i do with php link. I dont understand chinese. Not a techy and not familiar with all the iptv or computer programming terms. Thanks!
