I ported my digi number to one xox few days ago.

I can receive normal sms or bank balance sms

However any otp related sms from bank I never receive them, anyone knows how to fix? It's the same number I use for bank

Last time have have same problem with xox. Waited for 1 week and the problem solved by its self.

Inform your bank you've had a change of Telco. They need to notify their SMS vendor team about it. The vendor knows what to do.

Wait for 3 to 5 days, it will ok by itself.

its the banks smsc issue not telco. can receive otp sms from cimb but not hsbc. filed report but issue, same, resolved after 1 week. then good for another 1 week only

Is normal not to worry , some say over 72hour will be fine.

But my number don’t work , I’m also recently port to xox . I sms 66300 “UPDATE” but for Ambank nia different bank different number I guess. After that work well , even later while CIMB also work

after that 1 week, nvr received again. using cimb no issue at all
