Hi guys I would like to know if anyone of you familiar with Taman TTDI Jaya Seksyen U2 Shah Alam. Is the area always affected by flash flood, especially during the 2021 crisis is it one of the heavily affected area or just the surrounding Shah Alam was flooded? Eyeing a landed property there but concerned if flooding is a huge issue 😟

Because of its proximity to KL, good size and decent price <600k landed freehold. everything is just nice except the flooding risk is what concern me..

The price is low got reason one… so if you like swimming in flood just go ahead… the answer already in your question

Based on internet research didn't really find that place affected in recent flooding crisis.. but just wanted to double confirm and gain more info from anyone living there or familiar with that place in this forum 😅

Actually you looking for cheaper option… just call agent to have a viewing… from there you can question to agent… some of them willing to share info… this forum most of people talking about new projects , subsales no much people care

Check the land elevation if flood is your concern.
I believe this land is rather low and there is a river nearby, Sg Air kuning I think. I can't be sure but I did pass by that area when checking out Utropolis and UOW sometime back.

I passby only, didn't do any study. Maybe the place I mention is different from your ....😂

yeah went there already. its located at the confluence of Sg Kuning and Sg Damansara.. but can see some measures done like retention walls erected along the river and parit.. dunno how effective is it

For me, the place is run down, but is all depend on personal preference. <600k, can get setia Alam or kota kemuning for me.

Even you topup a bit, can get Cheras ampang oredi
