your friend/ 13 rm account is only with 1 slot view.
he can be anywhere in Msia viewing.

you are using the 13 rm account... then travel to Brunei ?

i am not sure if brunei is allowed.
the rule only say anywhere in Msia.

But i think if you use your handphone ... is OK in brunei
they monitor device too .
