Hi guys, for netflix, if my account is created in Malaysia, and i wan share with my friend who is residing in malaysia, but i add on rm13 per month. But if i owes go to brunei and watch netflix there weekdays, but weekend back malaysia normally, will it affect both me and my friend?

Yes, in short netflix will lock your account. I think someone kena ban by this. Read it in reddit. But it depends on ur luck also.

Sharing is for same home only hence the word family sharing.

If the friend resides in the same house then ok. If always travel here and there, need to pay.

Ya ba i already said if i opt for adding rm13, will kena also meh? Mean riding on his account i topup rm13.

every month you need to login at your home location to reset .

your friend/ 13 rm account is only with 1 slot view.
he can be anywhere in Msia viewing.

errr but add rm13 no need kan? login at home location only applies to those who share same account no? i already keep mentioned that i will add rm13 for extra user.

if i weekday work at brunei, so cannot? but every weekend i can go his house login his wifi. i am the one riding on his subscription, not he ride on mine.

Cos there only got say additional 1 slot user activation had to be done in Malaysia, but no say can only view in Malaysia.

ok la then i roughly know, i set my home as household, then since i every weekend back from brunei also so i will be in the same IP so no issue on the need relogin every month. then he can become additional user then he can watch anywhere in msia 1 device.

ok after reading the rules, as long as the activation of the new account is of same country for new user then is okay. Cos there got say liao, benefit is u can watch also during travelling. kenot screenshot but can see at netflix faq under "Extra member". so ok la, can share with my fren, still cheaper rm(55+13)/2

Pay RM50 for Spotify Family 1 year is easy to find...
But, Netflix for RM27/month or RM324/year nobody interest...

I think becos only the main holder get the benefit of can use on living room tv, ipad and iphone simultaneously. So disadvantageous for add on extra member la. Cos i sharing with fren, see how la if next month i subscribe and add on him then i can manage.
