govt should tell developer not to use Sdn Bhd as proxy to sign the SPA with buyer.

Whenever got any issue the big name developer will just escape and wash hand.

yup im surprised too when purchase my home..the entire township developed by one company and im expecting to sign with the same co but manatau when i checked later each section of township development handle by sub-sub companies which the main co not even mentioned in S&P...luckily nothing happen

Some developer lagi terrer.. I asked about a project near jelantek. wanted to see what furnishings etc, the sales agent said don't have and not guaranteed. Like that no need to sell la diu... funny la some developers. Think buyers will just throw money into their project.

I heard a lot of buyers require to put ar least 2-5% downpayment if they buy new launchijg project also
