This project have name:KYLIEZ SUITEZ, haha can change the topic title to easy classify the thread. haha (just suggestion)

woo this is a good financial report to show how good exsim project at airbnb. But since exsim is selling their own project and this report is prepared by themselve. people may doubt about the reality. Maybe its only take the most success unit (most profitable rented unit) show at report for sale boost purposed, How about the lowest rented unit situation? As Expressionz, Ceylonz, even Scarletz newly vp got 2 unit lelong.

Of course every project have lelong due to owner personal financing planing, but if this project is constantly profitable, i will let my other debt or assest (maybe car or other property) to be lelong other than this profit asset.

For kyliez i dont see the problem if its is commercial soho / office lot suite. Because rumor this kind of property was required purchaser to sign DMC allow operator to do airbnb. And this condo was market with airbnb direction, purchaser are aiming to do airbnb then only buy this project.

The article said "work out rules for short-term rented accommodation." Mean its like allowed to do, but with regulation which is good.

Compare to people doing it without regulated.

I think this project ADPL not yet ready, so the construction not start yet. Same without adpl, spa not ready to sign.
