Yes Jojolicia. I do hope 2025 is going to be exciting yet revolutionary year for Real Estate industry.

Hopefully it’s not the peak of the cycle yet. If it’s, all these good land bank developments are going to cost rocket high. Want to park also abit difficult haha.

Giant is out and UEM is taking over. Hopefully the package offered is great. King of MK hitting the shore of PJ.

Will Giant be back as the anchor tenant? This location not as good as opposite as there are no LRT stations nearby. Walking is possible but a bit far. LDP which is already bursting at the seams will be more and more congested... sigh. Another reason for me to move out of PJ.

Giant Kelana Jaya alrdy demolished if you noticed while passing by LDP recently.

Most likely unless they got the approval to switch the no of affordable units to another development(further away).
