I think it depends on your peak usage ampere. Single phase should be using 40A circuit breaker from what I observed.

Anyways regardless of 7kw or 22kw, the moment you install EV charger I think it's best to consider upgrading to 3 phase for the supply.
7kw in single phase is already more than 35A, that's leaves a measly 25A for your house A/C, water heater, fridge, etc. Which is definitely not enough for a landed house.

You are absolutely right. 22000kW/230V is almost 100A dy.
