No. Power will need to come from inside house.
I'm also planning to install motion sensor lighting for added security.

I use 2 Tapo cams for my front and side porch. So far satisfied. Tapo C200 with 2k resolution or Tapo C210 with 3k resolution if you prefer.
Motion detection recording is standard (free) while AI detection need subscription fee. You can also set few camera angles as marked positions as camera can pan 360deg.

Why don't you use the outdoor models?

I saw outdoor models cannot rotate or pan, only one position. Not very useful for me. I fixed them outside though on a pole and can rotate 360deg. More useful for my purpose. Also will not catch rain.

Imilab (xiaomi) EC5 outdoor CCTV. So far so good.
Water resistant, LAN capability, motion/human detection with floodlight, remote swiveling and clear calls. One ecosystem with Xiaomi Home.
