There are more areas on the left bank where the Ukrainian military can operate, Defense Express Director Serhiy Zgurets said.

"We are talking about at least three sections. In particular, from two bridges, a railway and a road bridge near Antonivka. Another foothold is being expanded near Krynky, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to recapture this settlement. But I don't want us to fall into excessive expectations again," Zgurets said.

In reference to the events in Taganrog air base, Brady Africk reported that parts of the Russian chopper fleet were repositioned to this location. In occupied Berdiansk, a Russian commander shot dead a Russian soldier in front of his comrades.

According to soldiers, the murdered man was "an ordinary, decent man", and the reason for the shooting, as the commander said, was an alleged insult. The commander shot the soldier five times: one in the head and four in the chest.

This Russian military convoy of at least 11 vehicles was spotted in Hladkivka. This village is more than 22km from Kherson City.

The Ukrainian artillery destroyed at least three vehicles and killed several Russian soldiers which later got dragged away and piled up. The vehicles were carrying ammunition which caused secondary explosions.
