haha yea, wanna ask if your razr that has china rom is unable to get 5G? apparently i've read that china roms usually cannot detect 5g, only 4g.

I get 5g no issue.

Usually CN rom can get 5g out of the box eventhough non supported or official phone in MY not like pixel

anyway do report back on the battery can tahan or not after a while using it ya since the tweak the screen to a faster refresh rate with a small bump on battery capacity

use it for a week and do report back since there is a reviewer in the US said the crease will be vey visible after a while and frequent open and close

Ohhh I see, yeah I did see the reviewer mentioned about the crease visibility, but I think that one is still ok, just wanna see how durable the hinge / screen is from the folding

IF crease is noticeable then z flip 4 can throw into the rubbish bin hahaha.
Of course there is some crease there but it's really not an issue. I doubt now any flip or fold can make no crease yet.
But i would say the moto crease is less to non noticeable unless u r super fuzzy on that haha. IF compared to Z flip the moto is consider very very good.
Regarding on the battery i think for my use i think can tahan 1 day no issue as i don't plan gaming on this phone. Just social apps and youtube. Very normal use.

Well they did bring the razr 5G back in 2021 but they skipped the 2022. Hopefully they deem the malaysia market big enough to bring in the 40 ultra

Thats a surprise. Meaning that both CN versions and international versions should be sharing the same modem basebands which is a plus point.

I dont think there is much defend for foldable phones in Malaysia. Heck even Samsung is not doing too well with their FOLD.

Good for a few months then the black screen occurred the external one and googling it up there are forumers said in CN has a lot of that issues
i managed to get it back to CN for replacement and cost me a whopping RM 450 for shipping + tax + handling

as for the experience, i was on int rom and it worked great as can get 5g out of the box. So issues what so ever and managed to get 2 updates before the ext screen died. To send for warranty when flash it back to CN rom it got stuck in boot loop so passed it to go warranty and after 2 months it got back with CN rom.

On CN rom u need to enable the google play option in the rom and install play services + play store + contact sync. Then remove the bloat CN software by uninstalling them.
Update is so slow ... no update pass Dec update
You can still get 5G out of the box and VoLTE (HD) not sure about wifi calling though and im on celcom.
No late notification but there is still the CN kill background app when idle

As for the build, nice sturdy and good dimension comparing to the thin tall samsung but the best form factor i think is still the oppo one

camera wise, still ok i think. Batt life ok still ok for me since this is my backup phone

Good price indeed, basically almost same price as CN. Still not sure whether they will bring it into Malaysia or not, but highly doubt it will happen 😔
