Throw into the sea can be quite leceh if the family is not living near the sea. Also I don't think it's legal to litter anything into the sea. Better just dump into rubbish bin.

There's this thing called urn to store human ashes. We are talking about dead human here, not rubbish.

The urn won't fit all the ashes. Guess what they'll do to the excess.

How do you know? Have you stored human ashes in urn before?

As an atheist/free thinker myself, I don't want my ash to be stored in any urn. Best is scattered across sea/hill etc.

If can maybe shoot into the space so my ash can travel beyond our solar system biggrin.gif

That's what you want. Not dead's relatives in this topic.
I'll say better just leave them to decide on their own.

Yes. A couple of times. Family members will use chopstick to pickup few bones and put into the urn. The rest will be disposed. Or can ask the staff to scatter at sea if you want.

In this case is that what TS family wants?
Did he specifically mention about disposing the ashes into rubbish bin? I didn't read any of such thing.
