last night testing my proc, 2.8ghz at 1.5V Vcore, the temp went up to 42'c idle and 55-60'c full load...

Yes, 1.35Vcore is kinda low to push at 3.4GHz.
Try run orthos, If it can pass >30min then u really got a good F3 bro!

3.4Ghz @ 1.35v stable? the best 3.4Ghz i can do with my vcore is min 1.4v benchable and able to pass orthos for 30 mins. But not stable enough for daily usage, will need at least 1.45v to pass 7 hours orthos.
Its hard to say, you will need to roughly estimate by touching your heatsink. My previous brisbane Hovers around 12-15c idle on xigmatek S1283, these sort of temps are impossible given the ambient is around 28-30c. So yeah... the DTS on the brisbane are pretty much useless.

silly question here..wanna know diff between am2 and am2+...later if buy ta690..new proc cannot put..

use from low drid sand paper till 2000grid sand paper....make sure the surface is flat..and use water...rmb to clean the water when it's dirty...finish with 2000 grid already...i will use metal polish...then car wax....wax quite long also...den confirm mirror shine....then later ur proc u want very very very good contact also polish a bit...but proc...polish at your own risk...

i change change fan and use..sometimes put 120mm above...sometimes the stock...and sometimes same size with stock but higher rpm and cfm
