There is a real issue with the backbreaking densities of your typical serviced apartment nowadays coupled with the partitioning shenanigans. We are one disaster away from having this entirely reviewed. Whether it’s a fire or people getting trampled in stairwells.

This country is reactive not proactive. All the laws are done that way. The attitude will be why stop the gravy train until something bad happens and public demands for accountability.

Maybe another Highlands Tower is needed to remind people that things can go sideways rather than focus on dumb things like rainbow watches.
