QUOTE(hteekay @ May 24 2023, 11:47 AM) I find it funny how you keep on calling others as retards while you're the only one acting like one. If you care so much about the recipe then try it out yourself and find out instead of going full autistic toward other comments that has nothing to do with you. > replied getting called out > use no u ah really hits the spine eh? But of course i already have the recipe saved in my bookmark. Not gonna share with bunch of 10 years old here

Oyster sauce is enough Chicken stock can be replaced with fried shrimp head oil Just like how laksa fried shrimp head 1. Which sauce? Also whats shallot? Google translate = bawang merah? 2. Squid sauce, alright will try that tho i will have it both just for taste difference 3. Chicken stock, same as 2. Also this fried shrimp oil?

QUOTE(stupiak07 @ May 24 2023, 12:51 PM) If you cooking prawn also then use it head to goreng minyak. Bawang merah kecil = shallot. It got sweetness and bring more flavour. Just call it umami You still havent answered which "The sauce" you said earlier. And i think getting shrimp in the first place will be expensive to have, i try to use chicken stock first, will use fried shrimp oil later. I assume these are the ingredients from your suggestions Also, how many shallots exactly?

QUOTE(stupiak07 @ May 24 2023, 01:49 PM) Bawang putih is garlic Shallot is to replace sugar You could try like 5-6 shallot You should know that we malaysian style is agak agak style, no exact measurement like western right.... so the ingredients are correct as what i have shown with extra 5-6 shallots
