This one like my neighbor. Cage cats 24 hours, treat animals like funiture display.
Sometimes they go eat outside and saw a pretty cat, they would kidnap it into car, bring back home and put it into cage for months.
One time they went on long vacation, i heard distressed noise and i break in their fence just to see one delirious caged cat almost die of thirst.
The other day i inspect the cage, the food bowl is green with moldy cat food.
One of their cat get so sick and developed lung disease after being caged with moldy food for so long. They let it out and i see its legs is almost deformed (this one however is good end because it ended taking shelter at my house and taked good care instead)
One of my fully vaccined and groomed cat suddenly disappeared, and i have very high suspicion they they has something to do with it.

I wish I could bulldoze it like that but the collateral wouldn't be worth it.
Hes that kind of nightmare individual you wouldn't want to get involved too much with:
a hoarder boomer that is now shell of his successful past, surrounded by 'supportive' ecochamber (pak turut) that enables his act, and are too afraid to question anything wrong he does.
And the worst part is, he is my uncle.

Why dont u report to jabatan about them

since we are relatives and my father(not living here) is in very good term with him, I don't want to rush it and ruined everything for everyone else for next few generations.
but I did talked to his son in law, and did long running subtle 'shame campaign' against him, I think it worked a little.
Thing are getting better now like no more long term cages, but whatever left of his cats now all traumatized and seek shelter and food at my house instead. Feeding and treating cats with health issue is not cheap!

pile off rubbish stacking up high at every corner of the house, there was grease all over the floor, one layer of thick dust covered every surface of the house. There was even animal/insect droppings everywhere

and that's the last time i step into his house the stench BLUEEEKKKK

People that I known are Pet cat owners always have bad hygiene..

Their cat loves clean environment, but not their owners.

My dad's neighbour have about 50 cats in the house.
The owner even hire 1 indon maid just to take care of these cats

When the wind blow towards this direction you can just smell her cat house.  And at times you can hear the meowing non stop

Everyone talked to her before, even reported to city council but not action. 

Dad no choice but to get his contractor to build a high up wall to block the smell and noise.

those cats that frequently come over and kacau, we solve it by trapping it using a trap cage. 
then release it far far away.  we usually drive like 5KM away and release it else where.

Can share what's your trap cage like? I also want to make one....but my neighbour's cat are mostly adult size..
