This one like my neighbor. Cage cats 24 hours, treat animals like funiture display.
Sometimes they go eat outside and saw a pretty cat, they would kidnap it into car, bring back home and put it into cage for months.
One time they went on long vacation, i heard distressed noise and i break in their fence just to see one delirious caged cat almost die of thirst.
The other day i inspect the cage, the food bowl is green with moldy cat food.
One of their cat get so sick and developed lung disease after being caged with moldy food for so long. They let it out and i see its legs is almost deformed (this one however is good end because it ended taking shelter at my house and taken good care instead)
One of my fully vaccined and groomed cat suddenly disappeared, and i have very high suspicion they they has something to do with it.
