For Penang, I think they should just prioritize fixing their broken road infrastructure that keeps on bottleneck at the Red Bridge area....

Also should start diverting traffic to Batu Maung area to go airport for those coming from Georgetown.

Doesn't make sense, all route through SPICE area to airport.

Attracting new companies wise, Penang FIZ area seems abit crowded edi.
Even AMD doesn't want to put their engineers at FIZ area.

I find it a good balance between Residential and Industrial area there.
Since now still mostly dead ghost town.

Just only need to fix it bring move the local georgetown hotspot down to batu kawan only.

I think you are not getting the bottleneck area I'm mentioning.
My rental room nearby Relau / Golden Triangle actually is really close to airport like RM 12 Grab ride.

If I wanted to order Grab from PG8/PG12, I saw the fare was like RM 30-50 during peak hours, I immediate frown face.
So I spent an hour walking back from Intel PG12 (Red Bridge) to Golden Triangle with my luggage.

Because my company stopped their SPICE Arena Shuttle Bus service... Normally 20 mins can walk back my condo from SPICE.

During 5pm the jam is so horrible the next RapidPenang frequency is like an hour each for this area.

Pearl City macam closer to Simpang Ampat? Hardly go on Mainland.
Island easier to explore and more fun

Office have full blast air cond and stable WiFi.

Also cheap breakfast served at 7.30am compared to what pricing Relau now serves, also i can’t find good breakfast spots here at this hours. 🤣 can just directly buka laptop at cafeteria chill with Milo eating breakfast slow slow scroll email. Order egg omelette. since morning reach office early 4pm pack bags leave office avoid jam.

It’s ok at least I can get dinner at SPICE. If my mixed rice store sold out.

I consider will move out find some lesser jam area. Once I see pricing is right.


But then I paying RM 350 for a 10x10ft room with shared parking with fridge, hot shower and air cond included. Haven’t include WiFi utilities. I haven’t somewhere else which beat this price
