For Penang, I think they should just prioritize fixing their broken road infrastructure that keeps on bottleneck at the Red Bridge area....

Also should start diverting traffic to Batu Maung area to go airport for those coming from Georgetown.

Doesn't make sense, all route through SPICE area to airport.

Attracting new companies wise, Penang FIZ area seems abit crowded edi.
Even AMD doesn't want to put their engineers at FIZ area.

I think you are not getting the bottleneck area I'm mentioning.
My rental room nearby Relau / Golden Triangle actually is really close to airport like RM 12 Grab ride.

If I wanted to order Grab from PG8/PG12, I saw the fare was like RM 30-50 during peak hours, I immediate frown face.
So I spent an hour walking back from Intel PG12 (Red Bridge) to Golden Triangle with my luggage.
 
Because my company stopped their SPICE Arena Shuttle Bus service... Normally 20 mins can walk back my condo from SPICE.

During 5pm the jam is so horrible the next RapidPenang frequency is like an hour each for this area.
