I think all the Pro, XT, XTX, GTO and the like the previous generations of ATI chips have.

They probably want to start a firestorm with all the empty sites (these sort of things aren't new), 'leaked' names are usually the source of interest among the hardcore people.
Once they see like a name suddenly appear on the site, or news that certain urls have been registered, the rumour mill starts. |

I think the difference lies in the fact that we are comparing what is basically the top-of-the-line HD 2900 (that is, the HD 2900XT) with what MIGHT (point is MIGHT) be the base HD 3800.
