It's going to be called the HD3000 series, yes. And no more silly suffixes. I believe VR zone has got it right this time.

I don't know if it's really that important. It's just a name, they can call it whatever they want, it doesn't change the actual hardware.

Basing their predictions on some semi random 3dmark scores? Well i guess this is vr-zone after all. If anything, notice how the current 2900XT equals a 8800GTX in 3dmark but is only on par with a 8800GTS in real games.
