here's my conjectures

on the road, its new, double lane
so he fast driving
near the junction ~100m
his attention taken away, smart phone usage, or any other stuff

starts to drift to center line to opposite, maybe near the line or a tyre over the line
(thats why the MPV on opposite looks like slow down or avoiding something)

the driver looked back up see a big dark car
jerk back to his own lane
no see the moto simply because the split sec ago, shock to avoid a big car

thus crash into the rear of the moto
and that's maybe why the driver say he no see the moto

thats is maybe why the dash cam was remove
maybe it shows the car drift over the centerline (means he is inattentive)
jerk back suddenly and straight away crash
all the while everything is clearly seen in the dash cam

maybe thats why lor

but that is my conjecture

If the car is 100kmph when the moto is at the junction entering the car is 70m back from impact area

There is no wanting to enter 1st
The difference of speed means the car is way back

So the moto does arrive the junction 1st, with car at 70m far away
Why cannot enter the road?
