Could some please recommend me a good digi cam that is fast and also good with night shots and low light conditions....I am hearing good things about the FujiFilm's FinePix F40fd and FinePix F31fd?? Wht do u photogs think?? Thanks

why compare ISO400 with ISO 1600? low ISO is definitely cleaner than higher ISO. i don't see the relevance comparing them both here.
