Hi guys, I'm not sure whether this is the right place to ask but hopefully fellow friends can help me.

I've been to a gym at Penang and recently they are late in opening their gym (not following the opening hours). I've tried to email to the Management but they did not response/ignore all the emails.

Who should I get in touch with authorities?

is it a normal shop lot gym or branch gyms like fitness first?

Is it normal shoplot gym - then you probably cant do much or may be just go talk to management or boss ask to open earlier. If fitness first level gym - then call hq and complain.

Its a branch gym. Have tried email to the general email but no response and also talked to the manager in charge but still the same outcome

I doubt the gym Start with F. Most gyms having a tough time operating now probably why they employ unreliable staff and expect this type of work ethic. I think it's time for you to look for other gyms.

Its starts with P..Yes their staff turn over rate is high but its not fair to consumers since we paid for the services.

You should stop paying them

In my place, the owner gv keys to whom he trusts.
