There is only stamp duty exemption for first property if the government at that time (i.e. 10 yrs ago) made such order. So you need to check your S&P's date and check with LHDN or lawyer whether there is any such order made for that year.

I asked my lawyer. She says got 50% stamp duty remission under Stamp Duty (Remission) (No. 2) Order 2010 for loan & Stamp Duty (Remission) (No. 3) Order 2010 for transfer.
