 First property Strata title stamp duty exemption

My wife bought her first house > 10 yrs ago,year 2011.. now applying for strata title, first property should be able to get stamp duty exemption? 100% or 50%?

Any sifus know? I ask 3 lawyers, get different answers
1 even say no exemption.. Weird

I read online, say got exemption, i thought 10%

My wife lawyer say 50%

Then i ask my friends lawyer, say no exemption..
These should be standard charges, yet i get diff answers

Mid 2011, lawyer say 50%
But i can't find the precise % info in lhdn site

I think many ppl is not aware of these things
I ask few friends also, they not sure

Sometimes lawyers also not that proactive to check for u

Luckily i checked mine..
