It was the ballot system, every interested buyer are to register and handover a blank cheque
Chaos ensue later on. People that want 3 rooms get 2 rooms unit and vice versa.

This is really shitty experiences if those are first time buyer.

Temptation, agree with you, buyers are paying premium price for almost their entire lifetime, should get the approprate buying experience, not ballot like that, in the end spend so much time there but don't get good options to choose from.
