They can brand it any way they like.

Slim and light laptops cannot escape the laws of physics, sooner or later after you buy it, it will consistently overheat. People who think they will only need one device are not realistic.

The earlier systems can run older software faster than modern systems that try to emulate the earlier systems.

and rule of thumb in marketing, never reuse names to denote new products as newer names have bigger "wow factor"

Pentium together with Celeron name is ditched since 12th gen because associated with low end stuff.
Now new bottom end is N series and Atom. Intel N100 , N200.

While some motherboard brands got name code they motherboard ultra sometime, why processor chip branding ultra got such suprise?
