Hotspot 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz

Hi guys,
I need help. When i am using 2.4Ghz hotspot in my phone, my laptop and other smartphone can see my sharing hotspot. When i am selecting 5.0 Ghz, my laptop and other smartphone cannot see my sharing hotspot ! May I know how come? Solution ? |
