I didn't know the Update would cause the batt to malfunction !! I wonder if it could be the update but I think mine was oredi problematic before the update !!! Ah well.......

AppleCare wasn't too much help and I had to call twice! And no, I didn't demand for the free t-shirt U wanted *grins* though I did tell mention it was ridiculous the amount of time I'd been put on hold !! *hAHahHAhaHAha* Anyhow, I was told to visit my nearest Apple Service Centre or something to get the batt checked and replaced if technician found it to be defective - uGh.. and I was hoping to safe myself a trip to the store!

Ah well, and my laptop shutdown on me at a 70% charge load this afternoon *siGh* but this prob has nothing to do with my battery problem; but the firmware as mentioned
