Physical button = u touch u feel u know it’s receive your input.

Touchscreen = u touch then u need to look at it to make sure u touch the right location.
And those car which put all the functions into 1 screen, u need to navigate to that screen only u can make selection.

Some functions still best to remain with physical button.
