Always take JB property talk with a huge pinch of salt. There are more empty houses and shoplots in JB than there are stars in the universe.

Do the gov have any plan to expand further from this rts to other part of jb?

It will connect to the new Gemas-JB Electrified Double project. The entrance also at jb sentral.

Gemas then can travel to KL sentra via ktm.

Provided "If" ART will be implemented after Johor king become the next Agong.

RTS is just a transit, once the Singapore tourist came they will move to other locations like Mount Austin.

Take example Senai, it also near to airport, but you dont see any developments there. Once the tourist landed they will take grab/cab to other place as well.

There are nearly 200,000 crossings at Woodlands everyday now. Most of them are daily commuting workers. Number of tourist are small. Yes you are right they’ll hop on to Grab to visit other places. But properties at other places will not “fly” because of tourist. Only those who stay and rent will rock the property market

Another sales man talk.

Currently, the group has no ongoing property projects in Johor but is set to launch RM250 million worth of properties in the state this year. They are Sunway Aviana (RM150 million), Sunway Maple (RM10 million) and Sunway Lenang Heights (RM90 million). Sunway has 1,762 acres of land in Johor.
*
Jelas Theebalakshmi, selain ketidakmampuan dan kehendak pembeli, satu lagi faktor yang yang menyumbang kepada lambakan rumah tidak terjual ialah sistem rumah beli-kemudian-bina (STB).

Sunway land is near to second link

They are expected HSR KL-SG
