For my 2 cent the important is the rental yield and occupacy rate. but this location quite well, just beside the IOI mall, Compare with Setia Walk, this location is the Best Location in Puchong...
As Puchong the more People visit is IOI Mall and Opposite the shop lot.
I Estimated Rental for 700 sqft will be 1800 like that, because i search Setial walk 1000 sqft rental only 1700 to 1800 with Partial Furnish.
So base on selling price 450k for 700 sqft and rental 1800, the rental yield is estimated 4.8% Only...
