I'm seeking recommendations for newly completed landed properties (constructed after 2015) located within a 30-minute driving distance to KLCC in either KL or Selangor. Mahajaya got one upcoming new launch near damai perdana area too if not mistaken. Around 1.3-1.5mil. There is one more by titijaya, a bit like townhouse, but forgot the name.

Last round otw to klia, i can the traffic in mex to kl is so slow even at 7am, i bet need at least 1hr if depart at 7am, and longer than that if depart after 7am. 30mins to kl, depart at 6am?
