when whole company network crash

dealing with a superior that you dislike

nowadays, everything trigger anxiety and anger. honestly speaking this kind of feeling could lead either to kill everyone in the company (luckily not in US, if not sure grab a sub machine gun and spray everyone in the whole building) or jump from 13th floor. At least now still have some human element left inside of me, but every single day becoming less of a human and more of just humanless being.

Triggers - Everyone seems to be depending on me alone to get things done. Feel somewhat of a call centre to solve job related problems (even my phone ringing and whatsapp messages triggers my anxiety).

Overcome it so far by going for counselling, took a long break from work, reading self help books, "still trying" to prioritize my life and put my job 2nd, 3rd or 4th.

Toxic supervisor and office mates
I quit because of that.
It's not that serious to me btw.
I mean to the level that made me stressful.

Giving less shit. It turns out is actually difficult to get fired. Just do the bare minimum.

They ask baru do, else just diam diam.

The goal is be useful enough that is problematic to fire u.

Solutions : They needed me more than I ever needed them. So I ignored them fully, until they figured the solutions themselves, or get back me to nicely
