Anyway, submitted my application opt for transfer ID for a week but until now no reply, CS from VQ just told me year end is busy month so I think I just skip it. They can't even fulfill the 1st step of so called customer service quality.
Please skip VQ, very very slow and poor costumer service although they counter offer me with better price per plan. No issue obvious issue connect to China server. Average down one a month and always maintained during midnight.Any issue with China routing for this VQ?
