I am writing to inquire about the first home buyer for stamp duty exemption for properties valued between 500k to 1 million. As per the budget 2023, it has been announced that 75% of the stamp duty will be exempted for properties within this range.

However, I have checked the stamp duty website and so far, there has been no gazette released on this matter. As a first home buyer, I am wondering if there are any stamp duty exemptions currently available for me if I were to purchase a residential property now.

Then the initial 50% stamp duty exemption for property valued 500k-1million also no gazette release?
