For me I sure directly text the lawyer that handles my case to quickly get it sorted out since there is a time frame for things to happen. You'll need to get approval from LHDN first beforehand, not wait until MOT cuz that will be too late. For No.6 means that the SPA must be signed within the campaign which I believe its launched somewhere around mid year 2022. So meaning to say your SPA have to be signed within the period of this campaign, which is 1st of June 2022 to 31st of December 2023.
