Maybe Scarletz and Ceylonz owners can try to comment abit if they really getting +ve cash flow with Mykey mgmt rather than hearing just one side of the story.

take only half of the rental . 1 month usually rent out 8-12 days only actually.

dont believe agent words, if such good rental no poor people in this world lor

Not to mention need to deduct those operators fee. Owners will left with 2ish k on good months
