i heard that you can pay to "avoid" some numbers by rm 50 ~ 80 each ... like my friend paid rm120 to avoid number 4 and 9 in his new registered plate ...
But anyhow i got my new registered numbers with 2 number 4 inside .. no pantang for me ~~ |

i bought mine XXY 565 for rm310... summore its an old plate number.. the previous buyer didnt take the number from jpj although he already tendered it, so i bought it instead..
