Hi all,

I recently signed my SPA agreement for a sub-sale house (Freehold).

I have signed the Loan Offer, and I am in the midst of dealing with my lawyers to get the Loan Agreement signed.

My question is, once the Loan Agreement is signed, typically how fast can the loan be disbursed? (Most people say that it can be disbursed within 3 months, but what's the fastest you've seen?)

Note: I'm loaning from Maybank.

It depends whether the seller has bank loan. Assuming seller don't have bank loan, then usually can complete within 1-2 months. If seller still has bank loan, within 2-3 months. But things will move a bit slowly now coz of the upcoming Hari Raya, Labour and Wesak day holi.
