Half Bonus and Half Bonus, I got questions on this

My company announced bonus on Feb 2023, paid half of the bonus and in their email said they will pay the balance of that half in May 2023.
The bonus is not contractual but they said it is for 2022 performance. My question is: "Will there be a chance where they not going to pay the other half in May 2023?" "Like what are the loopholes in this?" |
