Date of transaction: 31-March-2023

Details of the complaint:
In his ad, he put the warranty as "1 week personal" and claimed everything is good. The price was RM288 but we agreed on the RM250 price.

On 31-March-2023, I made a payment to him.

On 2nd-April-2023, I received the card (via J&T from Penang). It has scratches on the back plate but he didn't mention it before. He said he mounted an extra fan there for cooling. I tested the card. Initially, it didn't work, but after a bios reset, it worked. I ran Unigine Superposition on it and got a score of 7013.

On 3rd-April-2023, ran WiiU emulator cemu for an hour. Watched online drama for an hour. Everything looked ok.

On 4th-April-2023, I got a green screen when Windows was loaded (just entered into desktop). Then the pc crashed. Reset pc. Now all I got was my motherboard buzzer beeping as if there is no video adaptor. I tried reset bios but failed to solve the issue. I told him that I want my refund. He said he will refund after I returned the card.

On 5th-April-2023, I sent the card back to him (via J&T to Penang). He talked bad stuff about me.

On 6th-April-2023, He received his card. He tested it and said the card is good. He refunded me RM50 and said this is to teach me a lesson. I uploaded his video in OneDrive here. Shorter version of the video on Streamable here.

He still owes me RM200.

Is his card bad? I don't know.
Is my pc bad? I don't know.
But what I know is that I have returned his card, he has tested it to be ok, and I should get my full refund.

UPDATE: 10th-April-2023
Seller refunded me the balance RM200. Thank God.

The Proper method to test a CARD is

Furmark.


Because this test is so intensive that THE TEST ITSELF "DEGRADE" The Card.


ONLY "FULL HEALTH" GPU can past the test.


TIPS:

Dont over DO the test " Pro-long"

Under intense load.
all the VRM, RAM, FAN, GPU are 100% tested.

Why you mean tak tahan 1 minggu ? U nujum ka? U also sembang kemas juga? And you see the gpu is no problem with my system..and i sell working gpu..so?
I give warranty if the card fail..1st day is good with no issue, 2nd day tiba2 cant boot..and the card i test is good with no issue and i run furmark for 15 minutes with no issue..u also sembang kari weh

Yes got seller hanky panky here n there but im not kecoh simply claim the full refund untill i check and verify the item is GUARANTEE is faulty.i will use what ever resources i have for clarification even im not as PC EXPERT as TS BSH*T..ppl earn hard money, and i honor them,but TS is simply asking for refund at fisrt place, what TS think!? Im macai kah?

What other effort can I do? I don't have other pc to test. Returning is the best thing I can do.

Things that I have done:
1. Reset cmos bios
2. Reseat, including plug and unplug pcie power plug
3. Disconnect HDD/SSD
4. Booting with different OS (on different SSD)
5. Connect to different video output

You keep on saying expert. I am no expert, and I never said so.

Doubt. You will accuse me of ruining your card.

To isolate windows, booting with linux is the best.

i never see 1 so low ball.

Seller bear the RISK.

i am expert.

a 70% healthy GPU can boot, can play games.
as long as the affected component is not touch.

that is why in pro-longed usage, some GPU failed. ( not fail immiediately at POST )


the affected component can be RAMDAC, VRM.

tribunal jer bro.... since refund rm50. a bit overated as a seller. as he recieve it back in good condition. if want sell, act like want to sell/let go with humble la... rm50 refund as a lesson way to good. hope u get back your money.

This may not have started off as a scam, but as of now, it has turned to a scam by a racist seller.

Do observed on the whatsapp pic 8 (@PGV3910 stated he will refund upon receiving the card without conditions) and pic 10 (the start of racist rant by @PGV3910 ).
The scam argument is further reinforced by @PGV3910 threat of false claims "if not ok..i accuse u ruins my card". Furthermore, after receiving the card back and by own admittance the card is fine, choose not to refund.

Bro PGV3910, your reputation of many years in this forum is only worth RM 200 with the racist rant?
