The girls need actual adults in their life, a manager who is not their parents to actually manage their shit for starters.. Someone who could advise them because they have NJ interests as priority. Their spokesperson vs HYBE is basically just themselves or their parents. and since the parents behsong with HYBE, sure will continue to have communication break down.. and then no work can get done since all parties still not in agreement over something.. Really dont see how this will get resolved anytime soon if no actual professionals step in..

but for that to happen, the parents need to be willing to let go some control, and the girls need to also realize they will be able to survive without MHJ.

i am using 50-50 as an example how the group is influenced to go against their agency in an attempt to get them away from the company

doubt HYBE will terminate their contracts and let them go just like that. especially if MHJ is the one that stands to gain from it..

if NJ and HYBE cant resolve and move on from this, then either the girls have to pay up the termination fees to leave or HYBE will just throw them into the dungeon never to see light again.

Also.. if NJ wanted to sue HYBE to terminate their contracts (citing: mistreatment or whatever), then it will take years for it to play out in courts.. and in the meantime, the girls wont be able to do anything at all. By the time finish battling out in courts for few years people will already long move on from NJ..

That's why i disagree with NJ putting that video and giving ultimatum to HYBE..
Its borderline trying to blackmail hybe but they are not in a position to do any power play kek.

The girls really received terrible advice (or lack of) and the adults around them failed them.
The best thing we can hope for now is that the bridge is not fully burned between NJ/HYBE and they can somehow come to an agreement and move on..
